Payment is due at the time services are rendered. If you have any special considerations regarding payment, please discuss this with the receptionist prior to seeing the doctor. We accept a variety of payment options, including cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and CareCredit.

We ask that our clients arrive on time for their pet's appointments. Arriving late for your pet's appointment causes the doctors to run behind in their schedule as well as inconveniencing other clients and patients. We understand that sometimes things happen that will cause you to be late. Please call the office if you will be arriving late. If you are more than fifteen minutes late for your appointment we may ask to reschedule or apply a late fee ($25) to your invoice.
